1- How are my goods shipped?

Over the years, we have developed a special care for shipping and transport services due to the handcrafted quality of the products we sell.
Depending on the type of product, we have access to a selection of carriers in order to offer a specific and qualified service: express carriers among the best on the market for less bulky products and specialised carriers for more 'delicate' products. They will only handle your products on pallets and will contact you by phone about 24 hours before delivery, to arrange delivery with you at a time that suits you best.
Even the packaging is not left to chance: each product is transported in specially designed packaging, tailored to its size, weight and type of material. For certain products, such as the Scriptorium desk, you can already find a picture of the packaging in the product images. The desk is shipped protected by a wooden cage.
Delivery takes place on the street level.

DELIVERY COUNTRIES INFABBRICA delivers to the following countries: Italy-France-Germany-Austria-Switzerland-Belgium-Holland-Luxembourg-Portugal-Hungary-Spain-Greece-Croatia-Bulgaria-Romania-Slovakia-Slovenia-Czech Republic-Poland-Latvia-Estonia-Lithuania-Sweden-Finland-Norway-Denmark-Ireland-England-Malta.
For some products there are restrictions on delivery locations. Please refer to the product sheet for each product.

2 - What are the delivery times?

Most of our products are custom-made for our customers at the time of order.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the type of product. For each product, you can find them listed on the corresponding product page.
You will be notified by email as soon as the product has been manufactured and is ready for dispatch. Inside the email you will find:
- the tracking code to follow the shipment if the product travels by express courier. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 3/5 working days from that date.
- the details of our carrier if the goods travel by specialised courier, who will contact you 24 hours before the delivery to arrange it with you. In this case, delivery will take place within a maximum of 5/7 working days.
 

3- How should I behave if the product is damaged?

In order not to lose the right of withdrawal, you must always check the state of the packaging before collecting the product and always proceed to:
a)            SIGN WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL
b)           check the packaging for any signs or evidence of damage and, if so, take photos of the packaging;
c)           if the product is obviously damaged, reject it directly.
Please inform us of any signs of damage and attach the relevant photos within three days of receiving the product by sending an email to info@infabbrica.com.

We remind you that your delivery is insured: you are therefore entitled to a free replacement of any damaged material.

If the Product arrives damaged, and you don't follow the aforementioned steps, we will not be able to replace the damaged material, nor will you be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
 

4- What are the possible methods of payment?

We accept the following payment methods
- Advance bank transfer: during the last step of your order, after confirmation, you will find the bank details necessary to make the transfer. Your order will be processed once we have received your payment.
- Paypal or any credit card accepted by the Paypal circuit: simply connect your card to Paypal and follow the procedure. All purchase transactions take place in an Anti-Fraud environment.
 

5- What can I do if the payment with Paypal is not successful?

First, check that your card belongs to one of the payment circuits accepted by PayPal (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PostePay, Aurora). Also check that you have enough balance to pay for the total amount of your order.

6- How can I exercise my right to return goods (Right of Withdrawal)? 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale, without having to give any reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery, i.e. from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer takes physical possession of the goods.
Once 14 days from the date of delivery have elapsed, it is no longer possible to exercise the aforementioned right of withdrawal.
Notice of withdrawal may be sent to the Seller by any means, including registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, email, certified email.
In order to ensure our receipt of your notice of withdrawal, and a quick response, we invite you to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request to our email address info@infabbrica.com, using the form downloadable here.
After sending the notice of withdrawal, you must return the Products to the following address:
INFABBRICA srl, Via Degli Abeti n. 30, 61122 Pesaro (PU), Italia.
You must arrange for the return of the Product within and no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was sent. The cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.
Return costs are to be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the type of product and are estimated at approximately the amount for delivery costs.
 
WARNING! You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal if one or more of the following conditions occur:
a)            you attempt to exercise your right of withdrawal after the aforementioned time limit of 14 days from the date of delivery; ;
b)           you attempt to return the product after 14 days from your notice of withdrawal); );
c)            absence and/or lack of integrity of the original warranty seals, films, labels and/or outer and/or inner packaging; ;
d)           any handling of the Product that is not necessary to establish its nature and characteristics; ;
e)            damage, wear and tear and/or use of the product; ;
f)            all other cases provided for by the law; .
