The ageing of our products is performed manually, therefore the colouration of the brass may differ from that shown in photography. The manual ageing process does not prevent the natural oxidation of the metal, which, if exposed to the elements, may be subject to natural tarnishing.
Our products are not self-cleaning, therefore, if exposed to salt or other corrosive substances, they should be cleaned with ordinary metal cleaning products. After cleaning, the products should reassume the typical patina of aged brass.
